Session 1: Image Coaching (2.5 hours in person or 1.5 hours via zoom) £375

Session 2: Communication & Media Coaching (5 hours in person or via zoom) £750
a) Equipment, Lighting, Best Backdrop for your brand (1hour £150)
b) Communication Coaching (Guided 1-1 coaching with a final video of the best version of you to camera) (2 hours, £300)
c) Media Coaching ( Language for media, 10-20 Questions researched preparation for interviewee/interviewer) (2 hours, £300)
Session 3: Final Session (1 hour in person or via Zoom) £150
a) Recorded session of your best talk/speech with your new image and confidence

Wardrobe Cleanse (2 hours- in person or via zoom) £300, We work through what to keep, what to get rid of based on Session 1.
